How is your jewelry packaged?
Our jewelry is packaged in a complimentary jewelry gift box with spring of lavendar and natural ribbon. If the piece is from our In Love Collection engagement or wedding collection, it is packaged in our signature leather ring holder box placed in an outer gift box and tied with a satin ribbon. The item is securely wrapped in a recyclable bubble wrap outer pack and then packaged in a larger box for shipping. Pictures of our packaging are available to for you to view at the bottom of this page.
Where are the products manufactured?
We manufacture all of our jewelry in our studio in Albuquerque New Mexico USA, unless otherwise noted in the product description. If a piece is not manufactured in house such as chain or findings or if it is purchased from another vendor, we have approved the manufacturing processes and it has been reviewed to meet our quality standards. All of our gemstones, beads are ethically sourced through vendors we have done business with for over 20 years. Our metal processing is of the highest quality and we are environmentally conscious in our manufacturing process and use recycling processes where available.
Are your products Native American made?
Our turquoise products are not Native American made. We honor the Native American traditions and have the highest respect for their workmanship. We will note if a product is made by Native Americans where applicable in the product description.
Is your Turquoise Natural?
We use both American mined turquoise and Chinese mined turquoise. We will denote the origin of the turquoise when it is available. Most turquoise is stabilized in some manner, with either epoxy resin or with a wax surface. These processing techniques are common and widespread throughout many kinds of turquoise. The stabilization process makes the turquoise more durable for use in jewelry. We will specify the type of treatments used when they are available.
Are your Stones Natural?
We use natural stones whenever possible. All stones are natural unless otherwise noted. May stones have undergone treatment with one method or another to color enhance them or stabilize them in some way. If a stone has been enhanced in some way we will within our best knowledge notify you of the treatment that the stone has undergone.
What types of metals do you use in your jewelry?
We primarily use Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, and 18K Gold in our pieces. We cast our own pieces to ensure the purity of our metals.
Sterling Silver .925:
Our sterling silver is 925 parts 99.99% Fine Silver, alloyed with 75 parts copper for durability. Hallmarked with either Sterling or .925 on the piece.
Fine Silver .999
Our fine silver is 99.99% Fine Silver. It is softer than our Sterling Silver pieces. Hallmarked with .999 Fine.
Our 18K yellow gold is a rich and lusterous yellow that is very beautiful It is 750 parts 99.99% fine gold alloyed with 250 parts copper, silver, zinc and silicon for durability. Hallmarked with 18K.

To keep our costs down and our business simple, we prefer that you send us an e-mail with your questions. If you would like to speak with someone about a question or concern please let us know in the e-mail and send your phone number, the best time to reach you and which time zone you are calling from. We will happily return your e-mail or phone call which every you prefer.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payment through Paypal. We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of New Mexico. State law requires sales tax to be collected according to the address where the merchandise is shipped.
What if a product is placed on backorder?
If a backorder is placed on a product, it will generally take a couple of weeks to be made. We will notify you as soon as the piece is ready to ship.
What are your delivery options?
Standard delivery for jewelry orders is 5-7 business days if it is in stock at the time of your order. Our charge is a flat rate of $12.00 for shipping and handling. All orders over $500, shipping and handling is free.
We ship by FedEx and US Mail.
We offer next day and second day shipping by FedEx for items in stock for an extra charge of $25.00.
Do you provide International delivery?
We offer international shipping to certain countries. We use FedEx International Shipping and the charge is a flat rate of $40.00 for shipping and handling.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation and tracking number associated with it. You will need to go to www.FedEx.com or www. USPS.com and enter the tracking number associated with your order to track your package.
How do I return an item?
Fill out the enclosed card if the product needs to be returned. We ask that you return the product in the original unused condition in the original packaging. For your convenience a pre-addressed shipping label is included with your order. Please securely package the item and include the packing slip that was sent with your order. Please seal the item appropriately for shipping. Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com letting us know you are returning the merchandise so we can expect its arrival and process your return quickly. Returns will take 3-5 business days to process once they are received. The charges will be refunded back to the original method of payment. Credit card refunds will generally be reflected on your credit card billing statement within one billing cycle.
How long do I have to return an item?
You may return an item within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
What if an item breaks?
If the item breaks within 1 year of purchase, we will provide a replacement item at no charge once the broken item is received to our returns department. If an item breaks in over 1 year time period, we will work to have the item repaired and returned to you at no charge.
